General Shipping Information
All items if in stock will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday thru Friday) of the receipt of your order. The delivery rates differ by region, weight and urgency, please e-mail for a price quote. We also require a complete mailing address and phone number for all deliveries. Any duties or extra taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer and not of PokerHeads Inc.
Return Policy
If the poker bobblehead that was sent to you is damaged, please contact us via e-mail for further instructions. We will ship you a replacement bobblehead, once we receive and can inspect the mentioned damaged bobblehead. We will not accept any returns after 21 days of receiving the bobblehead.
